Relax with meditation and chair yoga at February’s memory café. Local exercise instructor Christine Tremelling-Jensen will show you how to put yourself first this Valentine’s season with an ultimate soothing mind and body experience.
Join us Wednesday, February 12, from 10:30am to Noon at Zion Methodist Church, 2106 N. Peach Street, Marshfield. RSVP to Nikki at 715-207 or [email protected].
After unwinding, you’ll be ready to tackle a Valentine craft project with renewed energy and creativity. Everyone will leave with a handmade gift to share with a special someone, and, hopefully, a little better off for having spent time with others who also live with or care for someone with memory loss.
As usual, a complimentary lunch will be served. The Memory Café is a monthly gathering for those dealing with memory loss and their care partners. It provides a safe and welcoming space to learn, laugh and unwind over special activities and a shared meal.
The Memory Café is hosted by Stoney River Marshfield in partnership with the Marshfield Area Respite Care Center and United Way.
Stoney River Marshfield provides assisted living and memory support within its own specially designed community. To learn more, visit https://stoneyrivermarshfield.com.
